A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring delicious porcini mushrooms. Perfect for a comforting meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g porcini mushrooms
- 250 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and save a little cooking water.
2. Clean the porcini mushrooms and chop them. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for a few minutes until soft.
4. Add the chopped porcini mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and golden brown.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for a few minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the porcini mixture. Stir well and add a little cooking water if needed for a nice creamy consistency.
7. Serve topped with fresh parsley and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!
