A creamy pasta dish featuring fresh porcini mushrooms, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 2-3 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 250 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle or spaghetti)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Chop the porcini mushrooms and garlic cloves.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add the chopped porcini mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and any liquid has evaporated.
5. Pour in the cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the drained pasta to the skillet and mix thoroughly. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved cooking water.
7. Grate the Parmesan cheese into the pasta and season with salt and black pepper.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
