Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh porcini mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
- 300 g pasta (e.g., tagliatelle)
- 50 g butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions.
2. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 5–7 minutes, until golden brown.
5. Stir in the fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
6. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the mushrooms. Toss all the ingredients together.
7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top, if desired.
