A delightful summer dish featuring fresh fish, a vibrant salad, and a touch of luxury with champagne. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh fish (such as salmon or trout) - 200 g potatoes
- 150 g coleslaw
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 50 g fresh basil
- 1 lemon
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 bottle of champagne (for tasting)
Instructions:
1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and let cool. 2. Cut the fish into portion-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the fish on both sides until fully cooked.
4. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mix them with the coleslaw.
5. Add the cooled potatoes to the salad and squeeze lemon juice on top.
6. Garnish the salad with fresh basil.
7. Serve the fried fish alongside the salad and enjoy a glass of white wine.
8. Conclude the meal with a glass of bubbly champagne and relish the summer vibe!
