Ingredients:
- 400 g vendace fillets
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- Lettuce (such as iceberg lettuce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Prepare the vendace: season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vendace for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill together.
4. Lightly toast the hamburger buns.
5. Assemble the burgers: spread the dill mayonnaise on the bottom of the buns, add the fried vendace, tomato, cucumber, and lettuce.
6. Cover with the top bun and serve immediately.
