This delicious and beautifully pink drink combines the tart flavor of rhubarb with the bold aroma of gin. A perfect choice for midsummer magic or romantic moments.Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 100 g rhubarb- 100 ml gin
- 50 ml lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- Ice
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Grate the rhubarb into fine shreds.2. Place the grated rhubarb in a bowl and pour the gin over it. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the color to turn pink.
3. Strain the rhubarb mixture into a separate bowl.
4. Add the lime juice and simple syrup to the strained rhubarb liquid. Mix well.
5. Fill two glasses with ice cubes and pour the rhubarb gin mixture into the glasses.
6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
