Ingredients:

- 200 g mixed fresh greens (e.g., iceberg lettuce, arugula)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives (black or green)
- 1 avocado
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse and dry the greens. Place them in a large salad bowl.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl.
3. Peel and slice the cucumber and red onion. Add them to the salad mix.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into the salad and add the olives.
5. Slice the avocado and arrange the slices on top of the salad.
6. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
7. Gently toss all the ingredients together to avoid crushing them.
8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
