Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set and the top is firm.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Optionally, you can dust the cake with powdered sugar or serve with whipped cream.
