Ingredients:
- 400 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. Chop the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
5. Add the hot pasta to the pan with the bacon. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to achieve a creamy consistency.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese on top.
