Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice - 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
