Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta of choice (spaghetti, fettuccine, etc.)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated in the sauce.
