Ingredients:

- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 1 egg
- 100 g fresh vegetables (e.g., bell pepper and zucchini)
- 150 g chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley (optional)
- 50 g Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add diced chicken breast to the pan and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add chopped vegetables to the pan and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until they soften.
5. Crack the egg into the pan and stir all the ingredients together. Cook until the egg is set.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh herbs.
7. Serve the dish with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
