A delicious stuffed salmon dish, perfect as a main course for parties or special occasions. The filling, made of rice, eggs, and spinach, adds flavor and nutrients.

Serving Size: 6 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 whole salmon (2 – 4 lbs)
- Filling:
- 1 ½ cups cooked rice
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 2-3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp lemon pepper
- 100 g butter

Instructions:

1. Prepare the fish: remove the entrails and gills. Rinse the salmon well under cold water.
2. Make the filling: in a bowl, mix together the cooked rice, chopped hard-boiled eggs, spinach, salt, and lemon pepper.
3. Stuff the salmon with the rice-egg-spinach mixture.
4. Place the stuffed salmon in a baking dish. Brush the surface of the fish with melted butter.
5. Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and golden brown.
6. Let the salmon rest for a moment before serving. Slice into portions and serve, for example, with a salad.
