Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fettuccine) - 200 g fresh salmon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Juice and zest of 1 lemon
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the diced salmon to the pan and cook until it is done, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Squeeze the lemon juice into the pan and add the lemon zest.
5. Stir in the cream and mix well. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, adding reserved cooking water if needed. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
