- 1 kg small sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and dry them.
3. Cut a small slice off the ends of the sweet potatoes to keep them standing upright in the oven.
4. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over them.
5. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder over the sweet potatoes.
6. Toss the sweet potatoes to ensure the spices and oil coat them evenly.
7. Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until they are soft and slightly golden brown.
8. Remove the sweet potatoes from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
