Ingredients:

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl berries (e.g., blueberries, lingonberries)
- 1/2 dl sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 dl melted butter
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
3. In another bowl, crack the eggs and whisk lightly. Add the milk and melted butter, mixing well.
4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring until the batter is smooth.
5. Gently fold in the berries into the batter.
6. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy the brunch with yogurt and honey if desired.
