A delicious mussel dish that cooks quickly, perfect as an appetizer or main course. Serve with fresh baguette and French fries!

Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh mussels
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 ml white wine
- 200 ml fish stock
- 60 ml fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
Instructions:
1. Check that all mussels are alive. Scrub and clean the mussels thoroughly under cold water.
2. Dice the onion and sauté it briefly in butter in a deep pot.
3. Add the white wine, fish stock, and mussels to the pot. Stir in the chopped parsley.
4. Season the mixture with salt, white pepper, and thyme.
5. Cover and cook the mussels for 4–6 minutes until they open.
6. Transfer the mussels to a serving bowl and pour the broth over them. Garnish with chopped parsley.
7. Serve with fresh baguette and/or French fries along with mayonnaise.
