A delightful and easy appetizer perfect for festive gatherings. Roasted tomatoes add flavor and color, while bacon-wrapped Krakow sausage is a delicious addition.

Ingredients:

- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil or garlic-infused olive oil
- Spice mix:
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 200 g Krakow sausage
- 100 g bacon

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
3. Sprinkle the spice mix over the tomatoes.
4. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 30 minutes.
5. Wrap each Krakow sausage in bacon.
6. Place the bacon-wrapped sausages on the same baking sheet and roast in the oven for another 30 minutes.
7. Serve the roasted tomatoes and bacon-wrapped Krakow sausage warm.
