Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- ¼ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tbsp black pepper
- ¼ tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 boiled potato
- Water
- 1 leek
- Cooking oil for frying
- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 onion
- Pork chops
Instructions:
1. Take the pork chops out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
2. In a skillet, brown the chops in a splash of cooking oil on both sides.
3. Pour the honey, soy sauce, black pepper, and apple cider vinegar over the chops.
4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer gently.
5. Meanwhile, boil the potato and chop the leek and apples.
6. Add the leek, apples, and mustard to the pork chops, mixing everything well.
7. Serve hot alongside the boiled potatoes.
