A rich and creamy chocolate pie that melts in your mouth, perfect for chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 75 g margarine
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 3 dl heavy cream
- ½ dl sugar
- 3 tbsp strong coffee

Instructions

1. Crumble the margarine into the all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl.
2. Add one egg yolk and powdered sugar, then quickly knead the mixture into a dough.
3. Press the dough evenly into a greased pie dish.
4. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and margarine together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in the strong coffee until well combined.
6. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and sugar until soft peaks form.
7. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
8. Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust and smooth the surface.
9. Allow to cool and set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
