A delightful treat that melts hearts and tastes heavenly! This recipe is perfect for dessert or a sweet addition to your coffee table. Preparation time is approximately 1 hour. Serves 12.

Ingredients

Base:
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups sugar
- 300 g butter
- 2 cups milk
- 6 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
Filling:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g white chocolate
- 1 dl cream

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a square baking pan.
2. In a bowl, whip the eggs and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
3. Melt the butter and mix it with the milk. Add this mixture to the egg-sugar mixture.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking powder, then gently fold into the batter.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the base is cooked through.
6. Allow the base to cool before adding the filling.
7. Melt the dark and white chocolate together with the cream in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
8. Pour the chocolate filling over the cooled base and smooth the surface.
9. Allow the squares to cool and set in the refrigerator before cutting.
