Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 dl fresh wild herbs (e.g., nettles, dandelion leaves, mint)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grilled vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, zucchini, onions)

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips and place them in a bowl.
2. Add olive oil, lemon juice and zest, honey, salt, and pepper to the chicken strips. Mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.
3. Prepare the grilled vegetables by cutting them into suitable pieces.
4. Heat the grill and cook the chicken strips for about 6-8 minutes until cooked through and nicely colored.
5. Grill the vegetables at the same time until they are tender and slightly charred.
6. Serve the grilled chicken and vegetables with fresh wild herbs on the side.
