Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 120 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
2. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the sugar and mix well.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix the dry ingredients together.
5. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
