These delicious stuffed tortillas are a perfect choice for dinner or a weekend treat. You can choose your favorite filling from ground meat to vegetables.

Ingredients:
- Tortilla wraps
- 400 g ground meat / chicken / fish / vegetables / mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 dl sour cream or cooking cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until they are soft.
3. Add your chosen filling (ground meat, chicken, fish, or vegetables/mushrooms) to the pan and cook until fully cooked.
4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Add the bell pepper and sauté for a few more minutes.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream or cooking cream.
6. Warm the tortilla wraps gently, fill them with the mixture, and wrap tightly.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.
