Sweet Fig Bars

Serving Size: 12 bars
Ingredients:
- 100 g dried figs
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cold coffee
- 3 dl granola
- 100 g raisins
- 200 g dried dates, chopped
- 2 dl oats
- 175-200 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter
Instructions:
1. Rinse the figs and remove the stems. Chop the figs into pieces and blend them in a food processor with cocoa powder and cold coffee.
2. Add the granola and half of the raisins and dates to the mixture. Mix well and transfer to a bowl.
3. Fold in the remaining raisins, dates, and oats into the mixture.
4. Grease a square baking dish (approximately 24x24 cm) and press the mixture into the dish. Place it in the refrigerator.
5. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in short intervals. Remove the dish from the fridge and pour the melted chocolate over the top.
6. Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator and cut into bars before serving.
