Chocolate-Filled Buns (Suklaasilmäpullat)

A delicious Finnish treat filled with chocolate, perfect for a cozy afternoon snack. Preparation Time: 2 hours (including rising time)
Serving Size: 20 buns
Ingredients:
- 14-15 dl all-purpose flour
- 5 dl milk (or water)
- 50 g yeast
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 dl butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 200 g chocolate (chopped)
Instructions:
1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk or water.
2. Add sugar, salt, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour until the dough is elastic and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, until it has doubled in size.
5. Divide the dough into about 20 pieces and shape them into buns.
6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Make a small indent in the center of each bun and fill it with chopped chocolate.
8. Bake at 225°C (437°F) for about 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
