Delicious chocolate and peanut butter cookies that are perfect for any occasion. Easy to make and even easier to eat! Preparation Time: 30 min

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup softened butter
- 1 ¼ cups brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 7 oz dark chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
3. Add the egg and mix well, then incorporate the peanut butter.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
5. Fold in the chopped chocolate or chocolate chips.
6. Using two spoons, drop dollops of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
8. Enjoy with a glass of milk!
