Chocolate Ganache Pie

A rich and indulgent chocolate ganache pie with an Oreo crust. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 4 hours
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g Oreo or Domino cookies
- 50 g butter
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 25 g butter
- A pinch of salt
- Wine & Roses mineral salt (for topping)
Instructions:
1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
2. Mix in the melted butter until well combined.
3. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a springform pan.
4. Place the pan in the refrigerator to set.
5. Chop the dark and milk chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt.
6. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream and 25 g of butter until it just boils.
7. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a moment.
8. Stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
9. Pour the chocolate ganache over the chilled cookie crust.
10. Sprinkle the top with Wine & Roses mineral salt.
11. Refrigerate the pie for about 4 hours, or until the ganache is set.
