A stunning dessert that delights both the palate and the eyes, perfect for chocolate lovers and special occasions. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- Fresh berries for decoration (e.g., raspberries or strawberries)
- Edible flowers for decoration (optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
2. Pour the melted chocolate into a mold and spread it evenly. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
3. Melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the set dark chocolate. Allow it to cool and set.
4. Whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form.
5. Spread the whipped cream over the chocolate sculpture and decorate with fresh berries and edible flowers.
6. Finish by melting the white chocolate and drizzling it over the sculpture.
7. Allow it to set in the refrigerator before serving.
