Delicious chocolate-Marianne muffins are the perfect addition to your Valentine's Day celebrations. They are filled with flavor and chocolate, with a lovely hint of mint.

Serving Size: 16 muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 dl strong coffee
- 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1 dl cream or sour cream
- Crushed Marianne or chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 50 g margarine
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Prepare a muffin tin by placing about 16 muffin liners on a baking sheet.
2. Measure the all-purpose flour into a bowl and mix in the baking powder.
3. Melt the margarine and mix it with the coffee, cream, eggs, and sugar.
4. Add the dry ingredients (flour and baking powder) to the wet ingredients and stir until you have a smooth batter.
5. Finally, fold the crushed Marianne or chocolate into the batter and mix well.
6. Divide the batter into the muffin liners and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are cooked through.
7. Allow to cool for a moment before serving.
