A delicious no-bake cheesecake with a chocolate cookie crust and a creamy filling, featuring the minty flavor of Marianne candies. Preparation Time: 20 minutes (plus chilling time)
Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g chocolate cookies (e.g., Domino)
- 50 g melted butter
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 120 g crushed Marianne candies
- 200 g quark cheese
Instructions:
1. Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs.
2. Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter and press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
3. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the quark cheese and crushed Marianne candies, then fold in the whipped cream gently.
5. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the cookie crust.
6. Allow the cheesecake to set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
7. Optionally, sprinkle additional crushed Marianne candies on top before serving.
