Delicious Lumipallo cookies are the perfect combination of sweetness and chocolate flavor. They are great for serving at coffee tables or as a snack. Preparation Time: 1.5 hours
Serving Size: About 30 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 tsp baking powder - 1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 150 g crushed Marianne candies (1 packet)
- 100 g brown sugar
- 400 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g butter
- A pinch of salt
- 100 g granulated sugar
Instructions:
1. Beat the room temperature butter and both sugars (brown and granulated) until creamy. 2. Add the egg to the mixture and beat well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking powder, vanilla sugar, all-purpose flour, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and combine until smooth.
4. Gently fold in the crushed Marianne candies.
5. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about an hour.
6. Roll the dough into logs and slice them into approximately 2 cm thick pieces.
7. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool before serving.
