Delicious chocolate treats that combine the softness of milk chocolate with the refreshing mint flavor of crushed Marianne candies.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 truffles

Ingredients

- 150 g crushed Marianne candies
- 1 dl cocoa powder or powdered sugar
- 200 g white baking chocolate
- 200 g dark baking chocolate
- 2 dl heavy cream

Instructions

1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it begins to boil.
2. Add the chopped white and dark baking chocolate to the cream.
3. Allow the chocolate to melt, stirring until the mixture is smooth.
4. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
5. Stir in the crushed Marianne candies into the cooled mixture.
6. Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
7. Once chilled, scoop out portions with a teaspoon and roll them into balls.
8. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or powdered sugar to coat.
