A delightful treat that perfectly combines chocolate and coconut. Preparation time is about 60 minutes. Serves 12.

Ingredients:

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g shredded coconut
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir well and let it cool slightly.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
4. Add the chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the shredded coconut, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold this mixture into the chocolate mixture.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is cooked through. Allow to cool before serving.
