Ingredients:

- 4 large tortillas
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bell pepper (e.g., red or yellow), sliced
- 1 cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 200 g cabbage, shredded
- 100 g fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 100 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chili powder (optional)

Instructions:

1. Marinate: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken fillets and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Cook: Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken fillets over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked through. Slice the chicken into strips.
3. Fill: Place strips of chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, cabbage, and fresh cilantro in the center of each tortilla. Squeeze lime juice on top and add peanut butter.
4. Wrap: Fold the edges of the tortilla inward and tightly roll the wrap. Optionally, grill the wraps lightly in a pan for a nice color.
5. Serve: Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately. Add chili powder for extra spice if desired.
