These delicious tacos bring the taste of street food right to your home. Easy to prepare and perfect for a get-together!

Ingredients:

- 400 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 8 corn tortillas
- 100 g shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 g salsa
- 100 g sour cream
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
3. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
4. Stir in the taco seasoning and mix well. Allow to cook for a few more minutes.
5. Warm the corn tortillas separately in a skillet or microwave.
6. Fill each tortilla with the meat mixture, shredded cheese, avocado slices, salsa, and sour cream.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
