A delicious and satisfying burger that brings street food flavors straight to your home.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 large tomato (sliced)
- 1 large cucumber (sliced)
- 1 red onion (thinly sliced)
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Shape the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
3. Place cheese slices on top of the patties and cover the pan briefly to melt the cheese.
4. Meanwhile, lightly toast the hamburger buns in another pan until golden brown.
5. Assemble the burgers: spread mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on the inside of the buns.
6. Add the patty, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and lettuce.
7. Close the burger and serve immediately.
