Ingredients:
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Peel and chop the carrots, zucchini, red onion, and bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
3. Place all the vegetables in a large bowl.
4. Drizzle olive oil, salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme over the vegetables.
