Ingredients
- 1 package Green Grocer’s Mixed Vegetables, Gourmet 750g - 10 homemade frozen meatballs
- 1 can Flora cooking cream 7%
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. 2. Add the frozen meatballs to the pan and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove them temporarily.
3. Add the mixed vegetables to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
4. Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the vegetables in the pan. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Pour the Flora cooking cream into the pan and mix well. Return the meatballs to the pan.
6. Allow the dish to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm with rice or potatoes.
