A classic Italian pasta carbonara that's quick and delicious, perfect for a weeknight dinner! Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
- 300 g spaghetti
- 150 g bacon or pancetta
- 3 egg yolks
- 100 ml grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Salt
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta cooks, heat a pan and add the bacon or pancetta until crispy. Add the crushed garlic and cook for an additional moment.
3. Once the pasta is done, drain it and reserve a little cooking water.
4. Add the hot pasta to the pan with the bacon and garlic. Mix well.
5. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the egg yolks and grated Parmesan cheese. If needed, add a bit of reserved cooking water to make the sauce creamy.
6. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
