Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g mixed salad greens
- 1 dl feta cheese
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Cook the chicken fillets in the pan for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
4. Dice the cherry tomatoes and avocado.
5. Prepare the salad by mixing the salad greens, tomatoes, and avocado together.
6. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad.
7. In a bowl, mix the balsamic vinegar and honey, then drizzle over the salad.
8. Serve the chicken fillets alongside the salad.
