- 500 g chicken fillets

- 4 buns
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl sriracha
- 1/2 iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato
- 1 red onion
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken fillets with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
3. Cook the chicken fillets in the pan for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Slice the fillets into strips.
4. Cut the buns in half and lightly toast them.
5. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and sriracha together.
6. Assemble the servings: place the chicken on the bottom half of the bun, followed by lettuce, sliced tomato, and red onion. Drizzle with sriracha mayonnaise.
