A delicious oat pancake, perfect for savory or sweet toppings. Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl oat flour
- 1 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 dl water
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter (or oil)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the oat flour, dry yeast, salt, and sugar.
2. Add the milk, water, and egg. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
3. Incorporate the melted butter and mix well.
4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the batter rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
6. Pour about 1/4 dl of batter onto the pan and cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7. Serve the pancakes with your choice of toppings, such as sour cream, fish roe, or vegetables.
