A delicious and fluffy omelette packed with cheese, red bell pepper, and onion. Perfect for breakfast or a light meal. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs - 1 dl milk
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1/2 dl chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 dl chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. Whisk the mixture well. 2. Stir in the grated cheese, red bell pepper, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the edges begin to set.
5. Carefully flip the omelette and cook the other side for about 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
