A delightful fusion of Turku flavors and Russian cuisine, this dish is both unique and delicious. Preparation time is about 30 minutes, serving size is for four people.Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon (fillet)- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 200 g new potatoes
- 150 g green beans
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil new potatoes in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until tender. Drain and keep warm.2. In a bowl, mix together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
4. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through and easily flaked with a fork.
5. Steam the green beans while the salmon is baking, for about 5-7 minutes.
6. Serve the salmon with new potatoes and steamed green beans. Garnish with fresh dill.
