Ingredients:
- 4 medium potatoes- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips.2. Soak the potato strips in cold water for about 15 minutes. This helps make them crispier.
3. Drain the potatoes and dry them well with paper towels.
4. Place the potatoes in a bowl and add olive oil and spices. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
5. Spread the potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, turning them halfway through the cooking time.
7. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
