Serving Size: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of rye bread
- 100 g Aura cheese
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Spread Aura cheese on the slices of rye bread.
2. Slice the avocado, tomato, and cucumber.
3. Arrange the avocado, tomato, and cucumber slices on top of the cheese.
4. Sprinkle fresh basil, salt, and pepper on top.
5. Drizzle a little olive oil over the sandwiches.
6. Enjoy the sandwiches immediately or pack them for a picnic.
