Turku Strawberry Delight

A simple and delicious dessert that brings the taste of summer strawberries from Turku to your table. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh strawberries - 200 g quark
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 100 g digestive biscuits
- 50 g melted butter
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Wash and slice the strawberries. 2. In a bowl, mix the quark, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold it into the quark mixture.
4. Crush the digestive biscuits and combine them with the melted butter.
5. Spread the biscuit mixture evenly in the bottom of a serving dish.
6. Add a layer of the quark mixture on top of the biscuit base.
7. Place the sliced strawberries over the quark layer.
8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with strawberries on top.
9. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
10. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
