Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or tagliatelle)
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 150 g mushrooms
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml fish stock
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms and cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until golden brown.
5. Pour in the fish stock and cream. Stir and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes, until slightly thickened.
6. Add the cooked pasta and smoked salmon to the pan. Gently mix to combine all ingredients. If needed, add a little reserved pasta water to keep the pasta moist.
7. Season with salt and black pepper. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
