A delicious and easy dish where pollock is perfectly baked in the oven, retaining its tenderness and flavor. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g pollock fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Place the pollock fillets in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, dill, and minced garlic.
4. Pour the marinade over the pollock fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
5. Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
6. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the pollock is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
7. Serve warm with boiled potatoes or a salad.
